Madison is a former dancer and a certified personal trainer who focuses on form and proper technique in order for you to reach your goals effectively. She uses unconventional methods of training such as mobility, Trx, indo board, mace, and more to solidify your inner strength in order to live a healthier, stronger, more functional life. She believes in low impact movements that are not harsh on the body, and reach great success. So you can go back to doing the things that you love to do !
Madison is highly encouraging and will hold you accountable. She works with all ages, most of her clientele is 50+.
