Mommy and Me Pilates
Mommy & Me Pilates is 45 min class with supportive 30 working minutes to move, breathe, and connect—with your little one by your side! This class is for expecting moms and moms with littles ages 3 and under! Older siblings are welcome to come, just keep them close by. Bringing a baby carrier, toys, and snacks can be helpful, but all you really need to bring is you & your little!
