A trained professional will guide you throughout the classes.
any experience, any body type, any age. You don't have to have any previous dance experience to attend barre classes, or gym experience to attend circuit classes. It is an easy to adapt style of fitness. BE YOURSELF!
Steps to take:
early arrival
at least 10 minutes before the class to get your equipment and set up
wear comfortable clothes
clothes you feel comfortable stretching, moving and sweating in.
You do not need shoes for mobility or barre but circuit trainings you will need shoes.
mat (optional)
if you have your own mat feel free to bring it. If not mats are available as well.
bring your water bottle
your history
upon arrival disclose any important information such as injuries, pregnancy, or anything else you feel important to share with the instructor.
after class:
hydrate. hydrate. hydrate. We do lots of stretching throughout the class to prevent from getting too sore, but it is likely you will still experience some soreness. With that said additional stretching is encouraged along with plenty of water. In no time you will notice the soreness after class will subside the more classes you get under your belt.
