All levels of experience are welcome. 60 minute full body workout full of holds and pulses to build the lean muscle strength . Tri method barre starts with stretching, moves to upper body strength flows to lower body power, and wraps it up with inner core strength, to finish the class with a full stretch and happy self. Some equipment is used such as weight, resistance bands, balls, and the barre. This pilates, ballet, workout fusion, will workout your whole body in a low impact and transformative way. Barre is an easy adaptable style of workout made for all to accomplish.
